Tank Registration

Since 11/5/1989, all regulated aboveground and underground storage tanks are required to be registered by the tank owner with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.

Having a valid storage tank permit/registration at the time of a release is an eligibility requirement for all USTIF participants.
